Sandra Paulino

Sandra Paulino, President of GPX, is a dedicated professional with a passion for quality, service excellence, and customer satisfaction. With a strong background in operations management, Sandra has a firm understanding of the budgeting process, which she leverages to enhance operational effectiveness, control costs, and eliminate waste.

Prior to her tenure at Guam Pak Express, Inc., Sandra served as the Administrative Services Officer at Guam Environmental Protection Agency. There she managed the agency's fiscal policies and ensured compliance with federal and local procurement regulations. Sandra’s commitment to process optimization and quality control was evident in her role as Program Coordinator III at the Dept. of Public Health and Social Services, where she supervised the fiscal programs for the Bureau of Family Health and Nursing Services.

 

Sandra’s foray into the corporate world began as an Office Manager at Railings, Inc. / Marianas Fence Co., a family-owned business. Here, she managed the daily operations and financial functions of the company, demonstrating her knack for leadership early in her career.

Sandra’s educational qualifications are equally impressive. She holds a Professional Masters in Business Administration from the University of Guam, where she studied various topics including International Human Resources Management, Operations Management, and Strategic Marketing Management. Sandra also holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration from the University of Guam, where she made the Dean's List and was a Regent Scholar in her junior and senior year.

Sandra brings a unique blend of academic knowledge, professional experience, and technical skills to the table, making her a valuable asset to any organization.

In her free time, Sandra enjoys reading and baking.
