Primer L is a concentrated, solvent-free acrylic primer used before the installation of underlayment materials. It is green for easy identification. Primer L improves the bond between a properly prepared and profiled concrete substrate, and a self-leveling underlayment. Primer L can also be used as a primer for gypsum-based underlayments and patches.

Novoplan 2 Plus is a high-strength, self-leveling, cement-based underlayment and repair mix for interior concrete and engineer-approved floors.

  • For leveling, smoothing and repairing of interior floors

Planipatch is an ultra fast-drying, self-curing, polymer-modified, cement-based patching compound that rapidly develops high compressive strength. When Planipatch is mixed with Planipatch Plus, the Planipatch Plus System can be used as an embossing leveler or as a patch to fill voids over properly prepared vinyl sheet goods, vinyl composition tile (VCT) and cement terrazzo before the direct glue-down installation of floor coverings.

Planipatch Plus is an acrylic latex additive for use specifically with Planipatch fast-setting, polymer-modified, cement-based patching compound. Mixing Planipatch Plus undiluted with Planipatch allows it to be used over a variety of substrates including vinyl composition tile (VCT), felt-backed sheet vinyl, cutback adhesive residue and MAPEI moisture barriers.

  • Enhances bond of Planipatch to selected non porous substrates

  • Improves the flexibility of Planipatch

Mapecem Quickpatch is a high-performance, fast-setting, interior-exterior, cementitious material used for the patching of concrete surfaces. This product features a very low emission of volatile organic compounds and includes an offset of greenhouse gas emissions.

Natural gray to blend with existing concrete

  • Ease of placement, with variable water ratios

  • Mapecem Quickpatch can be applied from 1/16" to 1-1/2" (1.5 mm to 3.8 cm) neat and from 1-1/2" to 3" (3.8 to 7.5 cm) neat in areas no larger than 24 sq. ft. (2.23 m ). Larger areas will require Mapecem Quickpatch to be extended

  • Mapecem Quickpatch can be primed and covered with a leveler, a cement-based overlay or a tile-setting mortar in as little as 90 minutes, depending on temperatures

Planitop X is a one-component, fiber-reinforced, shrinkage-compensated, high-early-strength, fast-setting, polymer-modified, interior-exterior, high-build cementitious repair mortar with a corrosion inhibitor.

  • Can be mixed with water or Planicrete® AC

  • Can be shaved to match the surrounding contour

  • 1/16" to 4" (1,5 mm to 10 cm) vertical thickness

  • 1/16" to 2" (1,5 mm to 5 cm) overhead thickness

  • Contains corrosion inhibitor

  • Shrinkage-compensated

Planibond EBA is a two-component, multipurpose, high-modulus epoxy bonding agent. Planibond EBA is non shrink, 100%-solids and moisture-tolerant. Planibond EBA is used primarily as a bonding agent for screeds and repair mortars.

  • Easy-to-use, two-component formula with a 1-to-1 ratio of Part A and Part B

  • Medium viscosity for easy placement by brush or roller

  • Provides a gray color when mixed

Planibond 3C is a three-component, cementitious, moisture-tolerant, epoxy-modified corrosion inhibitor and bonding agent. Water-based and solvent-free, it can be applied using a brush, a short-nap roller, a push broom or hopper spray equipment. Use Planibond 3C on all exposed reinforcing steel and as a bonding agent before the placement of repair products.

  • High in density and alkalinity, Planibond 3C offers outstanding corrosion protection by providing resistance from the penetration of chlorides, carbon dioxide and pollutants.

  • Highly versatile regarding application methods: Use a brush, short-nap roller, push broom or hopper spray equipment.

  • Provides excellent bond strength when used to place new concrete adjacent to existing concrete

  • Once cured, Planibond 3C is unaffected by moisture, remains breathable and does not act as a vapor barrier.

  • Long open time – up to 24 hours

  • Nonflammable and solvent-free

Mapelastic AquaDefense is a premixed, advanced liquid-rubber, extremely quick-drying waterproofing and crack-isolation membrane for installation under ceramic tile or stone in residential, commercial and industrial environments. Mapelastic AquaDefense provides a thin, continuous barrier to protect adjacent rooms and floors below from water damage. For common problem areas like coves, corners, cracks and drains, it can be combined with MAPEI’s optional Reinforcing Fabric or Mapeband™ accessories (cove roll and drain flash) to provide additional protection. Mapelastic AquaDefense dries after about 30 to 50 minutes and is then ready to receive any MAPEI polymer or epoxy mortar. Mapelastic AquaDefense can be flood-tested after 12 hours of drying time, is IAPMO-listed for use as a shower-pan liner, and exceeds ANSI A118.10 and ANSI A118.12 standards.

  • Very quick drying: Install tile after 30 to 50 minutes of drying time.

  • Time-saving: Flood-test as shower-pan liner after 12 hours of drying time.

  • Apply with roller or brush – easy to install over flat, curved or irregular surfaces

Modified Mortar Bed is a pre-blended, cement-based, polymer-modified thick-bed and render mortar that includes a blend of selected aggregates. Rather than requiring the use of a latex additive, it only needs mixing with water to produce a thick bed mortar of exceptional strength.

MAPEI Ultralite Mortar Pro is a professional-grade, lightweight, single-component thin-set mortar that can also be used for large-and-heavy-tile and non-sag applications. This polymer-modified mortar is formulated with Easy Glide Technology™ for ease of application. MAPEI Ultralite Mortar Pro’s unique Ultralite Technology™ provides twice the coverage of a standard thin-set mortar per pound/kg and contains more than 20% recycled content.

Polymer-enriched for enhanced bond performance

  • Non-sag and non slump formula for large and heavy tile/stone

  • 25-lb. (11.3-kg) bag of MAPEI Ultralite Mortar Pro provides the same coverage as a 50-lb. (22.7-kg) bag of a standard polymer-modified mortar

Kerapoxy CQ is an improved, two-component, 100%-solids epoxy grout and mortar that is non-sagging/non slumping in joints up to 3/8" (10 mm) in width, water-cleanable and easy to apply. Kerapoxy CQ uses a proprietary aggregate to achieve its durable color, making it excellent for countertops, high-traffic areas, and areas needing stain and chemical resistance. Easy to maintain, Kerapoxy CQ will clean to the original color and contains BioBlock technology to help protect against mold and mildew.

Mapesil T Plus is a professional-grade, 100%-silicone sealant with enhanced adhesion for use on multiple substrates. This product is specifically formulated for heavy traffic and expansion/movement joints exceeding both ASTM and ANSI standards.

  • Color-matched to MAPEI’s color palette

  • Formulated to a low sheen to match the gloss of grout joints*

  • Rated for heavy-traffic and expansion/movement joints

  • 100% silicone for use in interior, exterior, wet and dry installations from Res 1 to Res 7 and Com 1 to Com 7 as detailed per TCNA Environmental Exposure Classifications

  • Excellent elongation and flexibility for use in both change-of-plane and joint applications in tile orstonework

  • Can be used in pools and spas. 7 days of curing time is needed before pool filling. The resistance of Mapesil

  • T Plus to chlorine is dependent on the pH value of the water and the amount of free chlorine. A pH value between 6.5 and 7.6 is required, and the free chlorine should remain less than 5 mg per L (5 ppm).

  • Helps to prevent mold and mildew

 

* Note that the color Jet Black has a more satin/shiny finish.
