To assist the assignee’s decision making, we coordinate the pre-assignment visit, providing an overview of life in a foreign destination.  We identify the most appropriate housing for the relocating employee’s needs and serve as their advocate to help ensure all requirements are met.  We evaluate and recommend rental agencies, coordinate leases and provide follow-up. When arriving on Guam, our services will ensure a smooth transition for you and your family.

Home Finding / Settling In

We assist with the home-finding needs of relocating employees and their families across the globe.  Your new employee will be assigned a relocation-trained real estate professional who specializes in the geographic areas the employee/family find of most interest.  The professional will provide the employee with a personal orientation, address lifestyle issues and counsel them on the current real estate market and agency practice.  The professional will devote the necessary time to help your employee and his/her family find a new home, while maintaining communication with the employee throughout the entire process.  Your Global Services Consultant will stay in touch with the employee and the real estate professional until the employee is settled in their new home.

In addition to providing advice and support through the home finding and settling-in processes, our international services consultants will offer assistance and resources regarding schools, dependent care, recreational activities, area shopping, medical information and car hire/purchase and a review of driving regulations.
