Robert Paulino
Assistant General Manager, Asset Management and Storage
Robert Paulino currently serves as the Assistant General Manager of Asset Management and Storage at Guam Pak Express.
At Guam Pak Express, Robert manages daily operations in Asset Management, Third-Party Logistics, and Records Storage and Destruction. He ensures staff are thoroughly trained and adhere to the protocols of the National Association of Information Destruction and HIPPA guidelines. Prior to this, he coordinated freight clearance and delivery services, working closely with clients to ensure smooth customs and delivery processes.
Robert is a licensed real estate agent at Realty Partners Guam a sister company of GPX. He also worked at Remax Realty Group, earning the title of Rookie of the Year in 2017.
Before joining Guam Pak Express, Robert held several leadership positions in the banking sector. He served as the Loan Manager at Personal Finance Center, where he managed loan production for consumer, residential, and commercial services. He was also the Director of Marketing & Business Development, where he led daily marketing functions and developed strategies for advertising and promotions. He gained his financial experience with a 20 year career from his work at well-known institutions including Citizens Security Bank (later known as ANZ Bank), Bank of Hawaii, Wells Fargo Financial, and First Hawaiian Bank in Guam and Saipan.
Robert's career is marked by numerous accomplishments such as attaining company and individual licensing for residential lending under the Guam SAFE ACT with PFC and leading his mortgage team at ANZ to record closings of over $6 million, and ranking 2nd place in Guam District Employee of the Month for total new money sales with Wells Fargo Financial.
Robert’s higher calling is as a Pastor of The Redeemed Christian Church of God, Maranatha Parish since 2015. He served various roles in the community, President of the Astumbo Middle School PTO 2014-2015 . He has also served as a double Past President and Rotarian of Year with the Rotary Club of Northern Guam. His special interests include poetry, with a publication titled "Mother" by the Poetry Society in 2002.
Robert earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Finance & Economics from the University of Guam, Mangilao. He also holds a Certified Manager (CM) Designation from James Madison University-College of Business
